1. Licensing & Ownership

QYLOS is a proprietary event management software developed and licensed by TimsTech Innovations. Use of this software is subject to the terms of your subscription agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of the QYLOS source code or design system is strictly prohibited.

2. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime. TimsTech Innovations provides technical support and maintenance to ensure the platform operates seamlessly for your mission-critical events.

3. Financial Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their bank details for payouts. All transactions are subject to the processing fees of our primary and backup gateways (Flutterwave/Paystack).

4. Community Standards

TimsTech Innovations reserves the right to terminate accounts that use the platform for fraudulent ticket sales, offensive events, or activities that violate Nigerian law.
